Ultra Tune: a targeted application with heat

The Medicube AGE-R Ultra Tune combines radio frequency with microcurrent. The heat is part of the application. This is right for you if you want a clear device step for smoother, firmer-looking skin.

After your care, let the products absorb completely. You move your head slowly and continuously over the intended areas of your face; all six contact points are on the skin at the same time. To get to know you, start at level 1. Medicube estimates five to ten minutes for one application.

Booster Pro X2: multiple modes in one device

Booster, MC and Derma Shot accompany different care requirements from glow to more defined contours. Air Shot is dedicated to the surface of the skin. New are Dual Mode for combining two modes and Mask Mode for essence-rich sheet masks. The AGE-R app adds personalized mode recommendations and dual mode customization.

This is how the applications differ

With the X2, the mode determines the preparation. Booster, MC and Derma Shot are used with appropriate skincare. Air Shot belongs to clean, completely dry skin and is intended for two to three applications per week. Mask Mode is used over a matching essence-rich sheet mask; Medicube recommends sheet masks instead of gel masks. You start at intensity level 1.

The Ultra Tune has a fixed routine with absorbed care and continuous contact. With the X2 you first get to know a suitable mode. The model instructions guide you through the direction of movement, duration and intended parts. A quiet first application will help you get to know the operation.

Before first use: Read the complete instructions for your specific model including all application exclusions. The X2 manual excludes, among other things, people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic medical devices, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children from use. If you have skin diseases, ongoing medical treatments or recent procedures, check your suitability with a doctor in advance and note the exclusions of the respective model. Avoid open wounds, inflamed and recently treated areas. Do not use Ultra Tune on eyelids or directly under the eyes; on the X2 also leave out the eyelids and the front neck. Move the device head continuously. Discontinue if pain or significant irritation occurs. Introduce new retinoids, acid peels and device applications separately.

Radio frequency produces heat with the Ultra Tune; Microcurrent complements cosmetic elasticity care. With the X2, Medicube bundles different technologies in individual modes. The technical names describe how it works. They do not result in a fixed result time or a general ranking for each skin.

At least two years of statutory guarantee of conformity for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can assert their rights under the statutory guarantee, for example if the goods

  • do not correspond to the description,
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and becomes apparent within the statutory guarantee period. In such cases sellers must offer:

  • free repair or free replacement,
  • in certain cases a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.

Some countries apply a longer statutory guarantee period. For second-hand goods a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive goods that do not conform?

  1. Report the problem to the seller as soon as possible.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt, invoice or a bank statement.

Sellers and manufacturers may also offer commercial guarantees that apply independently of the statutory guarantee. This GARAN label, for example, shows that the manufacturer grants a commercial durability guarantee at no extra cost that covers the whole product.
