Where does Medicube come from?

Medicube is a South Korean brand. It offers skin care and devices for cosmetic use at home.

Where can I buy Medicube?

Are Medicube products good?

The right product depends on the task: a peeling pad, a moisturizing serum and a cream are not interchangeable. Choose specifically and introduce new active ingredient products individually.

What kind of brand is Medicube?

Medicube combines skin care with the AGE-R device world. The two areas should be viewed separately: A care routine can be complete without a device.

What does a Medicube device do?

AGE-R is a family of devices with different models and functions. A Booster Pro is not the same as an Ultra Tune. The instructions for the specific model apply for application, suitable products and reasons for exclusion.

Which Medicube products are suitable for getting started?

Choose according to the missing step: cream for the final care, serum as a supplement or pads as a deliberately dosed peeling step. The largest set is not automatically the most suitable entry.

Is Medicube vegan?

This is not the same for every recipe. Names such as collagen or PDRN alone do not say with certainty the source of an ingredient. What is crucial is clear vegan labeling of the specific product.

How often should I use Zero Pore Pads?

Follow the package instructions and start cautiously, especially next to other active ingredients. If dryness or irritation occurs, pause. Sun protection is part of your routine in the morning.

Text of the EU notice

At least two years of statutory guarantee of conformity for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can assert their rights under the statutory guarantee, for example if the goods

  • do not correspond to the description,
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and becomes apparent within the statutory guarantee period. In such cases sellers must offer:

  • free repair or free replacement,
  • in certain cases a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.

Some countries apply a longer statutory guarantee period. For second-hand goods a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive goods that do not conform?

  1. Report the problem to the seller as soon as possible.
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt, invoice or a bank statement.

Sellers and manufacturers may also offer commercial guarantees that apply independently of the statutory guarantee. This GARAN label, for example, shows that the manufacturer grants a commercial durability guarantee at no extra cost that covers the whole product.
