As the last step in your skincare routine, apply the sunscreen generously and evenly to your face, neck and other sun-exposed areas in the morning. Ideally, you should use it about 20-30 minutes before going outside. For reliable protection, reapply regularly throughout the day - especially after heavy sweating or prolonged exposure to the sun.
